We seek practical and effective solutions that provide a competitive advantage to our clients. Our history is testament to the key results in employment relations we have achieved for our clients. Results such as the introduction of 12 hour shifts, flexible working hours, reduced award rates, the provision of Day Rates in the Pastoral Industry, or the separation of Travelling Show employers from the new modern award thereby removing the requirement to pay excessive penalty rates.
We have played a consultative role in participation in the drafting of the Workplace Relations Act 1996, in bringing about major change in highly volatile industries that sought to increase their labour productivity, such as at Mudginberry or more recently the Patricks Waterfront Dispute.
In all situations whether the company is large or small the concerns of our clients and the solutions we assist them to achieve are vital to us. The quality of our work and what our clients think of us matters. Our practice has continued to grow through the good word of our existing clients - we don’t think there is any better recommendation.
